Tributes pour in to honour MND victim Johnrose

Lancashire rivals Burnley and Blackburn Rovers have joined forces in leading the tributes for former player Lenny Johnrose, who died at the age of 52 this week with motor neurone disease.
Johnrose – who had a six-year spell with Bury between 1993 and 1999 and also played for Hartlepool and Swansea – helped raise funds for the MND Association following his diagnosis and campaigned for greater player safety.
