JOHN SHERIDAN hailed the “unbelievable” free-kick which earned his Wigan Athletic side a first win of the season after a shock triumph away at Portsmouth.
The visitors went ahead through Lee Evans, before Tom James’s stunning 30-yard free-kick, with Ellis Harrison scoring a mere consolation in reply as Kenny Jackett faces more calls for his head at Portsmouth.
