SOUTHEND caretaker manager Gary Waddock feels the Shrimpers need a permanent boss to be appointed following a defeat to Accrington.
Colby Bishop’s goal seven minutes into the second half secured Stanley their first away win of the season. Waddock – who has been in charge of the past four games following Kevin Bond’s departure – is keen for the next manager to be confirmed.
