Scott Quigley has admitted Rochdale need new signings this month to avoid losing their coveted 102-year-old Football League status.
Dale ended 2022 with a fifth straight defeat – equalling the club’s worst sequence since January 1998 – before kicking off the new year with a 0-0 draw at Barrow.
That return of one point from a possible 18 meant the Spotland outfit were sat three from a position of safety in second bottom ahead of this weekend’s fixtures.
