Tom King knows how quickly things can change in football – one minute he was targeting promotion with Salford City, but now he’s got the same goal with Northampton Town.
The 27-year-old was a regular between the sticks for the Ammies in the first half of the season, but lost his place when they brought in Alex Cairns on loan from Fleetwood in the new year.
