NOTTS County’s board of directors have admitted this season hasn’t lived up to expectations – but are confident they will perform better next term.
Last season’s National League play-off winners made a bright start on their EFL return, but have slipped down the table in recent months. Losing promotion-winning boss Luke Williams to Championship outfit Swansea at the turn of the year was a major blow and the Magpies have struggled for results under his successor Stuart Maynard.
