CREWE boss Lee Bell blamed Harrogate Town staff for a freak injury to matchwinner Zac Williams after he tripped on a frost sheet.
Williams’ 31st-minute header secured the win for Alex, but he limped out of the action at the end of the first half after twisting an ankle.
