SWINDON Town owner Clem Morfuni has apologised to supporters for ‘confusion’ over shareholdings in the club.
The Australian businessman took over the Robins following a protracted legal battle two years ago, but said he only later became of debts that needed to be paid off quickly and was forced to borrow money to do so.
In a statement on Thursday, he explained in some detail what had transpired.
