Middlesbrough are hoping Marcus Forss can recapture the form that once made him one of the hottest young prospects in Europe after signing the Finnish striker in a £3.2m deal from Brentford.
The 23-year-old, a product of West Brom’s academy, was in free-scoring form for the Bees at the start of the 2020-21 campaign, and a goal against France on his debut for Finland saw scouts from Borussia Dortmund pay a visit to west London.
