Harvey Rodgers has admitted the chance to line up for Accrington Stanley against the team he supported as a child is a “massive incentive” ahead of Tuesday’s replay against Boreham Wood.
Leeds United await the winners of that Wham Stadium clash, having negotiated a replay of their own against Cardiff on Wednesday.
But Rodgers, who grew up 25 miles away from Elland Road in Selby, is still reminding friends and family that Stanley must first overcome their third-round National League opponents, who reached the last 16 a year ago.
