Burton Albion boss Dino Maamria said he never doubted that the Brewers would bounce back from a dismal start to the season.
The League One minnows lost five of their first seven games and failed to register a win until the middle of last month.
But after getting off the mark with a 3-2 win at Port Vale, the Brewers have taken eight points from a possible 12 and head into tomorrow’s televised clash at home to Cambridge seeking to extend their unbeaten run to five matches.
