JOSH Magennis is hoping to be back playing in the Championship next season after swapping Hull for League One promotion hopefuls Wigan.
The Northern Ireland striker, 31, has put pen to paper on a deal until 2024 after signing for an undisclosed fee from Hull, who he helped win the League One title last season.
Magennis said: “I’m very much looking forward to it and hoping to get back to the Championship with a successful team again.”
