Play-off chasers Coventry City have lost playmaker Kasey Palmer for the rest of the season.
The 26-year-old midfielder tore a hamstring against Sunderland last month and was undergoing a course of intensive rehab in the hope of returning for the run-in.
However, Sky Blues boss Mark Robins has now revealed that the former Chelsea trainee will not feature again.
“Kasey won’t be available,” said the former Barnsley and Huddersfield boss. “He will be next season now, which is a blow.
