Bristol City boss Liam Manning frustrated with rules

BRISTOL City head coach Liam Manning was left frustrated with the late decision to deny his side a penalty in their 1-0 loss against Burnley.
The ball looked to have hit former Robin Josh Brownhill on an arm as Manning was left complexed as to why a penalty was not given.
“As I understand the handball rules, we should have had a penalty,” he said.
“Their player’s arm was horizontal and we had a player coming in behind him.
“I feel for the officials because no one seems quite sure how the rules should be applied.
