The failure to add a second goal at Vicarage Road proved costly for Mark Robins’ Coventry.
Although visiting goalkeeper Oliver Dovin was significantly busier in the second half than the first, Coventry did have further chances to win, even after Tom Dele-Bashiru’s equaliser for Watford.
