Liam Rosenior is ‘really excited’ to have the chance to manage Hull City – and has set his sights on helping the Tigers hunt down a place in the Premier League again.
The 38-year-old already has a strong affinity with the Championship outfit. He spent five years with the club as a player, helping the Tigers win promotion to the top flight in 2013 and reach the FA Cup final the following year.
In addition, he has family ties to the city through his grandmother, who was a Hull City season ticket holder.
