MARK Warburton admits there is “a very evident expectation” surrounding his QPR squad this season following a strong finish to last term.
The 58-year-old has agreed a new deal with the R’s and now hopes to build on the ninth place his side secured in 2020-21 after winning four of their last five matches.
Warburton has brought in the likes of Jimmy Dunne, Moses Odubajo, Sam McCallum and Stefan Johansen this summer.
The Rangers boss is confident his side are heading into the new campaign in “good shape”.
