KANE Vincent-Young is nearing a return to firstteam action at Ipswich but boss Paul Lambert has called for patience.
Vincent-Young has not placed since October last year, with a groin injury keeping him on the sidelines before the Covid pandemic ended last season prematurely.
The 24-year-old former Colchester player then suffered an Achilles injury in pre-season and has not kicked a ball since.
Lambert said Vincent-Young has returned to training but has refused to put a timeline on his return.
