RIEMER’S WINNING DRIVE IS ‘PERFECT’ FOR BEES

BRENTFORD hope the winning mentality of new assistant head coach Brian Riemer can help drive the club back up the Championship table.
Riemer, 40, has left Danish Superliga side FC Copenhagen after 10 years to join up with Thomas Frank, who took over the team following Dean Smith’s switch to Aston Villa.
Copenhagen won the Danish title during the 2012/13 campaign when Riemer was assistant manager, and also went on to play in the Champions League.
