PHIL Brown has been singing the praises of veteran Swindon striker Marc Richards.
The 36-year-old had scored just one goal this season ahead of the Robins’ clash with Oldham, having bagged 11 in 2017- 18 after signing for the club in January.
Brown believes Richards has more to offer than his goals, and said: “For a guy of 35-36 years, his fitness levels are firstclass.
His hold-up play (in the 3-0 win at Yeovil) was great. I believe in him.”
Brown also praised defender Sid Nelson, saying: “The fans adore seeing a player put their body on the line.”
