CHELTENHAM manager Gary Johnson insists hotshot striker Mo Eisa has his feet firmly on the ground.
Eisa, 23, has passed the landmark of 20 league goals for the season, becoming only the second every Cheltenham player to do so in the EFL, after Julian Alsop in 2001-02. But Johnson says Eisa is not getting carried away.
