OLIVER’S SET FOR BIG STEP

MANCHESTER City defender Charlie Oliver believes he is ready to make the jump to men’s football at Fleetwood after joining on loan for the rest of the season.
“I think I’m at the right stage of my career that I need to start playing men’s football,” said Oliver, 20.
He has played Under-23 football for City but is yet to make a senior appearance since joining the club as an eight-year-old.
Fleetwood have also signed Middlesbrough’s Brazilian forward Joao Morelli, 21, on an 18- month deal, after a loan season at Levadia in Estonia, where he score...
