GOALKEEPER Jonny Maxted is delighted to be back in the EFL after signing for Accrington Stanley.
Maxted, 25, impressed as Guiseley knocked Stanley out of the FA Cup on penalties earlier this season and has signed an 18-month deal at the Wham Stadium.
The ex-Doncaster, Hartlepool and Forest Green keeper said: “It’s a return to the Football League, which I’ve been out of for about three years now. I’ve worked hard for this chance.”
