PAUL Digby is desperate to grasp his opportunity in the first team at Mansfield after impressing last weekend.
The 22-year-old midfielder, who joined form Ipswich over the summer, had been out in the cold but an injury to Joel Byrom thrust him back into Steve Evans’ team for the 1-0 win at Lincoln.
“I was just delighted to be back in the team, and back in with the boys. I was happy to be playing again,” he said.
