Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino is expected to submit an appeal against his Football League ban today.
Last week the Football League announced that Cellino was to be banned from running Leeds until June 2016 after the Italian was found guilt of an offense under Italian tax legislation.
He had been given until 28 October to appeal against the decision.
Cellino has been banned by the Football League before. In December 2014 he was banned for four months after being found guilty of failing to pay import duty on a yacht.
The 59-year-old, who is known as the “manager eater”, has already sacked five managers since buying Leeds in April 2014.
