THE EFL is discussing whether to introduce a blanket postponement of League One games in future international breaks.
There are four international breaks during the EFL season - in September, October, November and March.
Under the current regulations, all Championship fixtures are postponed automatically. League One and League Two proceed as normal, but individual clubs can request a postponement if they have three or more players called up ...
