DOMINIC Solanke’s return to the England fold after a seven-year absence is richly-deserved according to his old gaffer Paul Simpson.
The 58-year-old was in charge of the England side that won the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in 2017, when Solanke scored four times to earn the Golden Ball award for best player, below.
Solanke - then at Chelsea - joined Liverpool during the tournament and won his first senior cap for the Three Lions later that year.
