HARD but easy is how Louie Sibley describes his decision to swap Derby County for Oxford United. Strangely enough, it’s not difficult to see what he means.
Born in Burton and a Rams fan growing up, Sibley joined the club at seven, made his professional debut at 17 and by the age of 22 had both a relegation and a promotion on a CV that features 173 appearances for the Championship newcomers. He was - and remains - one of their own.
