TAYLOR Richards has hailed the influence of Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Moore.
Richards is on a season-long loan from Brighton and the 20-year-old midfielder says Moore has been key to his development.
He said: “He’s been really positive with me. He’s helped me to settle in and put faith in me too.
“I’ve improved in a lot of areas.”
