PAUL Raynor hailed the ‘unstoppable’ John Akinde after the striker scored two to fire Gillingham to a win over Bristol Rovers.
The 31-year-old made it three goals in four days and could have had a hattrick at Priestfield, but missed a penalty in the second-half.
And Gills assistant boss Raynor believes Akinde can fire his side back into the play-off race.
