ON-SONG Plymouth made it four league wins in a row with a 2-1 home victory against Walsall – and climbed out of the relegation zone.
Ryan Edwards headed the opener from Graham Carey’s free-kick in the 54th minute and it was 2-0 11 minutes later when Niall Canavan’s diving header from another Carey setpiece found the net.
Walsall striker Andy Cook fired home with eight minutes left to cut the deficit, but the Pilgrims, who climbed to 17th, held on.
