Millwall defender Shaun Hutchinson has signed a new two-and-a-half-year deal with the club and will remain at The Den until at least the summer of 2020.
Hutchinson, whose new contract includes the option of a further 12 months, joined The Lions from Fulham in 2016 and has since made nearly 50 appearances for Neil harris‘ side.
The 27-year-old has been an ever-present for Neil Harris‘ side in the league this season and told millwallfc.co.uk that he believes Harris has set the club up well for future success.
Hutchinson said: “Since I came to this club I have always enjoyed my time here. Working with the gaffer and the lads has helped me to settle here and I do believe this manager has created a team that can bring success.
“I had targets when I first signed here and that was to get promoted and play as many games as possible. If things keep going the way they are going then I will be over the moon.”
