Reflecting on the 4-2 win over Middlesbrough that kick-started Huddersfield’s successful bid for survival in April, Neil Warnock couldn’t help but notice the dramatic effect it had on the Terriers’ opponents.
“They never recovered, did they?” mused the former Boro boss. “I remember watching them for the rest of the season and there was just nothing. They were done.”
