QPR scoop £5m as Fer leaves for Swans

have confirmed the transfer of Leroy Fer to for a fee of around £4.75m.

Fer has signed a three-year contract with who he joined on loan for the second half of last season, and brings to an end a two-year spell at Loftus Road.
