GRIMSBY Town boss David Artell was overjoyed by his side’s blistering start as Luca Barrington scored a brace to send the Mariners on course for a 2-1 victory.
Barrington, on loan from Brighton, netted after just 55 seconds to give Grimsby a perfect start.
Cole Stockton levelled matters on 15 minutes but Barrington’s second goal just before the break, ensured victory for the visitors.
