Blackburn Rovers travel to the Swansea.com Stadium looking to secure a first win in five Championship games against Swansea City on Saturday.
Blackburn have lost one and drawn three matches since they last earned three points – against Stoke City on February 10.
They face a Swansea side who have won just two and lost two over that time.
In Samuel Szmodics, Blackburn have the league’s sharpest shooter so far this season. He has notched 18 goals in 32 appearances.
His goal rate of one every 157 minutes is quicker than that of Joël Piroe, Swansea’s top scorer with a goal every 219 minutes, and a total of 11 goals in 33 games.
In the last 10 years, Swansea and Blackburn have played each other on 12 occasions. They won four each, and they drew four times.
On average, the Swans scored 1.2 goals and Blackburn 1.3 in those matches.
Their last meeting was on October 28, when Swansea won 1-0 away.
With 43 goals in 34 games so far this season, City are scoring at below the league average rate with 1.3 goals per game. And they are conceding more than average, letting in 55 goals at a rate of 1.6 per game.
Rovers, meanwhile, are average scorers, with 1.4 goals per game. They have conceded 1.8 goals per game.

Swansea’s last match was on February 24, a 2-1 win against Sunderland, with Ronald Pereira Martins getting the goals for the Swans.

Saturday’s match will be refereed by Rebecca Welch, who has taken charge of eight Championship games so far this season, issuing one red card and booking 39 players. He has not awarded any penalties.
He is yet to oversee a match featuring either Swansea or Blackburn this season.
