EVEN Exeter boss Matt Taylor was left stunned after his side climbed to third by coming back from 3-1 down to beat Harrogate 4-3.
Goals from Luke Armstrong, Jack Muldoon and George Thomson looked sure to earn visitors Town all three points, but the Grecians roared back.
Jonathan Grounds (71 mins) and Tim Dieng (81) levelled matters before Jack Sparkes’ sublime outside-of-the-foot shot into the top corner won it deep in stoppage time.
“It was utter madness,” said Taylor. “I don’t quite know how to sum it up to be honest with you.”
