CREWE boss Dave Artell believes clubs can turn the transfer market to their advantage as the closing of the window gets closer.
Artell thinks players will be eager to tie up a deal and said: “Clubs are cutting their cloth accordingly and there will be a lot of players available and that means the market will come back around. We have to take advantage of that.”
