DANNY Cowley is desperate to fend off interest from rivals Luton for Lincoln midfielder Alex Woodyard after rejecting a first offer.
The 24-year-old has been a key regular for the Imps this season but has attracted interest from the League Two leaders, culminating in a bid this week.
